Our Story

A Church in the community, for the community

CHBC began in 1986 with a small group of committed Christians who desired to see a church in the growing suburbs of Croydon Hills that was actively participating in the community.

Our church has met in homes and local schools; Kalinda Primary School and Croydon Hills Primary School. In 1994, our purpose built facility was constructed on the corner of Bemboka and Plymouth Roads.

Croydon Hills Baptist is actively involved in the local community, providing refugee support, housing for the homeless, Men's Shed and much more.
