| David and Wendy joined Wycliffe Bible Translators in 1980 and have worked in Papua New Guinea, New Caledonia and Vanuatu. They have been involved in aircraft maintenance, linguistic technical support, translation, training, administration and leadership. They are currently working with Wycliffe Australia at the National Centre in Kangaroo Ground, Melbourne.
David is Associate Director with responsibility for five operating departments. He works closely with the Executive Director in strategic planning, governance issues, policy formulation and mentoring.
Wendy also works in the Executive Director Team as the office manager. She supervises several administrative assistants, has general oversight of the content on the Wycliffe Australia web site and has responsibilities as part of the communications management team in checking and editing.

David and Wendy work together in facilitating team building seminars for Wycliffe Australia staff. They are both on committees of the Wycliffe Australia Board of Directors and David assists with administration for the Board.
Kevin is studying Science and Engineering at the University of Melbourne. Stephen is in Year 11 at secondary college. They are both involved in church activities, sport and part time employment.
The Nicholls are enthusiastic about the importance of the Scriptures and the task of Bible translation. They are enjoying their roles helping Wycliffe Australia position itself for the future and for new directions. |
