Christian Education: 2 Year Olds - Grade 1

Lighthouse is one of Croydon Hills Baptist Church’s children programs that runs on Sunday mornings at 9am and 11am, alongside our regular church worship service.

Our aim is to introduce children to Jesus Christ and to create an environment where they can learn and experience the love and purpose God has for their lives. We believe that the Biblical responsibility for teaching and training children is the role of parents (Deuteronomy 6, Ephesians 6, Proverbs 22:6). As such we want to support and strengthen the family in the nurture of a child.

We endeavour to promote in the children, the love, trust and worship that we ourselves feel for our Lord Jesus Christ. Our aim is to create an environment in which children feel safe, welcome and loved; a place where learning is fun and where Bible truths come alive.

"Thy word is alamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path." Psalm 119:105
